required on the host card.

at 1.25Gb/s, and 1UI=941ps at 1.0625Gb/s]. Listed values apply to 1.0625Gb/s, 1.25Gb/s transceivers accept TJ <0.24 UI.
3. Rise and fall times are measured from 20 - 80%, 100
differential.
