This bit selects the priority of pin 20, 21 and 22.
0: the priority are
Pin 20: SMLVD, GP35, and MSBRVD1
Pin 21: SMWE#, GP36, and MSBRVD2
Pin 22: SMRE#, GP37, and MSBRVD3 (default).
1: the priority are
Pin 20: SMLVD, GP35, and MSBRVD1
Pin 21: SMWE#, MSBRVD2, and GP36
