GaAs (Gallium Arsenide) is used as the material for the magnetic sensing.
Thermal coefficient for the constant current drive is excellent with -0.06%/°C maximum.

Quantum well ultra-thin film InAs (Indium Arsenide) is used as the material for the magnetic sensing.
High sensitivity and low current consumption are achieved at the same time.
Thermal characteristics are also excellent. High sensitivity is realized by our original ultra-thin film technology.

HZ series

InAs (indium arsenide) is used as the material for the magnetic sensing. Thermal characteristics of offset voltage are excellent. This can be used in automotive applications.

Because no magnetic substance is included, the Hall output voltage is proportional to the magnetic flux density.
