Flat Magnetic Rotary Encoder |
JR SERIES JR Series are compact encdoers for general application made by Astec in Japan.

- In general, encoderpulese generator has longer axial dimmention than its diameter. JR Series has the dimensions of dia.52.2mm x 31mm, including a bracketa dustcover. As far as the diamaeter is not larger than motor case diameter, shorter axial length is better for saving space.
- Most suitable for avoiding the problmes of high temperatureoil mist.

Through Shaft type is available also. Dust-cap can be attached to this type like JR205.

Through Shaft Type JR205, JR215JR305 have same configurations.
JR215: High Temperature Resitant. AB+Z signals, Incremental + Index, Operating Tenperature: -20 degree C to + 115 degree C with Open Collector JR215A, Voltage Output JR215C & Line Driver JR215D.
JR305: Dew Deposition Resitant. AB+Z signals, Incremental + Index, Operating Tenperature: -30 degree C to + 90 degree C with Line Driver JR305D.

Magnetic Encoder Kit for Robot & Others |
This magnetic encoder kit can make a gap between MR Sensor and a Magnetic Rotor very wide. Depending on condtions, gap can be from 0.3mm up to 2.0mm. No contact between a MR-sensor and a magnetic rotor. No bearings are necessary. This kit is designed by Admotec in U.S.A. Mass production can be made by Astec in Japan. | |

- For various severe conditions and environments like vibration, mechanical shock, dust, water, oil, oil mist, chemicals, etc.

- For the application which requires wide air gap between a sensor and a rotor.

Magnetic Encoder for Harsh Environments |
MSL115 Series are the Encoders designed for the severe applications like Paper-Pulp industry, Steel indutry, Harbor Crane indstey, etc. This series is a metric encoder made by Dynapar distributed by Astec in Japan.
- MSL115 Series is bearingless, non-contac type encoder and it can last more than 10 years with proper way of use.
- This Series is one of the most rugged encoderws with magneto-resistive sensor and a magnetic pulser.
- MSL115 can be attached to dia.15mm - dia.95mm motor shaft directly without any coupling. The other type RIM1250 can be attached up to dia.200mm motor shaft directly.
- This series is a through-shaft type and it can be mounted to the shaft between a motor and a break or fan like sandwiches.
- As the housing is a flat type, it takes only 20-30mm axial length for space saving.
- The air gap control between the sensor and the pulser is easy.
