CHAPTER 3 WRITE SEQUENCE
3.1 Write Sequence
This command indicates the timing and processing time related to the transmission of commands. Here, the
processing time refers to the
μ
PD75F4264’s processing time. The commands and data described below cannot be
sent normally until a wait time consisting of the following number of clocks has elapsed. The clock referred to below
is the
μ
PD75F4264’s operating clock.
The following commands are issued after the steps described above in “switching to power on/write mode” and
“synchronization detection processing” (which uses the reset command) have been completed. The communication
format is LSB first, with no start/stop bits.
3.1.1 Reset command
This command initializes the
μ
PD75F4264’s mode and is also used to confirm synchronization detection as part
of synchronization detection processing.

Note
Once a NACK signal is returned, retries are performed until an ACK signal is returned. The maximum
number of retries is 16. A communication error occurs if 17 or more retries are attempted.

Remarks 1.
Wait1: This wait time is at least 800 pulses of the CPU clock. It is the wait time between issuing
a command and receiving an ACK signal.

Wait2: This wait time is at least 700 pulses of the CPU clock. It is the wait time that occurs
between receiving an ACK signal and sending or receiving data, between data
transmissions, between sending or receiving data and receiving an ACK signal, and
between issuing commands.
