8.2 Standby Function Control Register
The oscillation settling time selection register (OSTS) is used to control the wait time, from the time the STOP
mode is deselected by an interrupt request, until oscillation settles.
The OSTS is manipulated using an 8-bit memory manipulation instruction.
A RESET input loads 04H into the OSTS. If a RESET input is used to deselect STOP mode, the time required
for oscillation to settle will be 2
