<1> Setting compression parameter
Define variables having JPEGINFO type structure, as defined by header file “jpeg.h,” and set
members (see
Section 2.5.1
). When executing new compression, the members must be set first.
When continuing processing, the members need not be set again.
Subsequently, do not set parameters.
