Sleep Inactivity Time – Sets the time that
the modem operates in normal power
mode with no activity on the serial port,
parallel port or telephone line before
entering low-power mode. This feature is
disabled if the timer is set to 0.

length of time that the modem stays
online before disconnecting with no
activity on the serial port, parallel port or
telphone line (Ring, hookswitch flash, or
caller ID). This feature is disabled if set to

between receipt of ATH0 command and
hang up. If timeout occurs before all data
can be sent, the NO CARRIER (3) result
code is sent (operates in V.42 mode

disconnects only if data is successfully
sent or carrier is lost.
