Preliminary
4.) Level mode with SAF3 active
Like level mode, the triggered group plays recursively as long as the level of TR pin remains high.
Furthermore, the output control pin SAF3 outputs active signal in response to the active trigger with this
mode.
Note that when two or more triggers are enabled simultaneously, the lowest order of the trigger key gets the
priority. That is, the order of the trigger priority for EM22000 series is : TR1>TR2>TR3.
Normal triggers and ONEKEY function : Normal trigger plays its corresponding trigger group with its own trigger
mode. On the contrary TR2 can behavior as a ONEKEY trigger by mask option "10". In this way it plays multiple
voice groups with random or sequential order selected by mask option. Maximum ONEKEY play groups, which
cannot exceed the total used trigger group, is defined by mask option. By triggering TR2 EM22000 series plays
groups within group1 to this maximum ONEKEY play group number.
If the play mode of TR2 (in ONEKEY mode) trigger is selected to be "SEQUENTIAL", the "RESET" function
can be enable/disabled by mask option. When "RESET" is enabled, user can reset the sequential playing
sequence to group one by trigger TR1.
ONEKEY sequential play with "RESET" disabled, the maximum ONEKEY play group is optioned to be
5 (group 1~group 5) :
Playing sequence : group 1, group 2, group 1, group 3, group 4, group 5, group 1 ...
(playing sequence is not affected although TR1 is accepted).
ONEKEY sequential play with "RESET" enabled, the maximum ONEKEY play group is optioned to be
5 (group 1~group 5) :
Playing sequence : group 1, group 2, group 1, group 2, group 3, group 4, ...
(playing sequence is affected while TR1 is accepted).
ONEKEY random play, the maximum ONEKEY play group is optioned to be 6 (group 1~group 6) :
Playing sequence : group 4, group 1, group 6, group 2, group 3 ...
De-bounce circuit
To prevent possible unwanted trigger caused from bounce pulsea or noise, any bouncing pulse shorter than
20 ms is ignored by the de-bounce circuit. User should be aware that sufficient trigger pulse pulse width
should be applied on trigger inputs when interfacing EM22000 series to microprocessors.
Control output signals
EM22000 series offers three configurable control output pins (SAF1, SAF2,and SAF3) for external
control. There are three output functions for each control output pin optional by mask option. These
functions are defined as following :
Output type
STOP
ACT
FLASH
Description
Output a 40 ms active pulse as soon as section playing is stopped.
Output a steady active pulse while voice section is playing.
Output flash pulses while voice section is playing.
