Contacts with solder wicking countermeasure
The FB8 series is JAE’s new upper contact 0.30mm (0.01") pitch
connector. The applicable FPC is 0.20mm (0.008") ± 0.03mm
(0.001"). Applications include mobile phones, DSC, PDA/HPC, PC,
navigation and other portable devices. The main feature of this
connector is the rear access rotating actuator mechanism that
can withstand the lifting of the applicable FPC. This series also
includes contacts with solder wicking countermeasure.
