The following is a description of the range of power supply voltage for liquid crystal display drive.
Apply positive voltage to VRH1 = VRH2 and negative voltage to VRL1 = VRL2 within the

range. This range allows stable impedance on driver output (RON). Notice that
V depends on
power supply voltage VLCD–VEE.
