HPMX-7123 Standard Test Conditions
Unless otherwise stated, all test data was taken on packaged parts under the following conditions:
Vcc = +3.0 V, Tambient = 25°C, Vcs = 3 V (Icc = 17 mA)
LO input: 1750 MHz, -3 dBm, single-ended
RF input: 1960 MHz, -33 dBm, single-ended
Zinmixer = 50, Zout = 500 differential (See Figure 4 for test set-up schematic diagram)
Recommended operating range of Vcc = 2.7 to 3.6 V, Ta = -40 to +85°C.
