IE Connector (Target System Side)
The following shows the recommended circuit example of the target system required when connecting the IE-
70000-MC-NW-A and the pin assignment of the IE connector (on the target system side).

The clock pattern length must be as short as possible and shielded by GND. The pattern length
should be 100 mm or less.

power of the target system is on.
