Application Circuit Example
Stepping motor driver circuit
The formulae for setting the constants in the examples of the application circuits above are as follows :
Constant current (100%) setting
When VREF = 1.5V
IOUT = VREF/5/RF resistance
= 1.5V/5/0.22
Ω = 1.36A
Chopping frequency setting
Fchop = Ichop/ (Cchop × Vtchop × 2)
= 10
μA/ (180pF × 0.5V × 2) = 55kHz
