Notes1: Shading indicates transfer from the internal flash memory microcomputer to a programmer. All other data is transferred from a programmer to the in-
ternal flash memory microcomputer.
2: SRD refers to status register data. SRD1 refers to status register 1 data.
3: All commands can be accepted when the flash memory is totally blank.
4: “Address (high)” means A16 to A23 and are always set to “0016”.
“Address (middle)” means A8 to A15.
“Address (low)” means A0 to A7.

rial I/O mode are the same as that of the parallel I/O mode, but 4
commands are added: ID check, download, version data output
and Boot ROM area output functions.
