Reset Circuit
The M61047FP reset circuit is shown in Figure 6. This circuit is composed of comparator, reference voltage section
and breeder resistor. Hysterics is given to detection voltage and release voltage.
The reset output is Nch open drain structure so the reset delay time depends on external CR value.
The reset circuit monitoring Vreg output to prevent microcomputer abnormal operation when Vcc voltage goes down
abnormally.
