The FM detector can respond to SIF signals
without an adjustment and external components
by adopting the PLL technique. The capacitor
between pin14 and pin15, which fixes the
de-emphasis characteristics, can be determined
considering the combination of an equivalent
resistance of the IC and this capacitor itself.

with external capacitor value of pin15.
