below.

Programming to the EPROM
(1) Set the EPROM programmer to the MBM27C256A-20TVM.
(2) Load program data into the EPROM programmer at 0000H to 7FFFH.
(3) Program to 0000H to 7FFFH with the EPROM programmer.
