PROGRAMMING TO THE EPROM ON THE MB89P173 AND MB89P175A
The MB89P173 is an OTPROM (one-time PROM) versions of the MB89170 series, and the MB89P175A is of
the MB89170A series.
1. Features
8-Kbyte (MB89P173), 16-Kbyte (MB89P175A) PROM on chip
Options can be set using the EPROM programmer (MB89P175A only).
Equivalency to the MBM27C256A in EPROM mode (when programmed with the EPROM programmer)
