Is used to examine the board interconnections.
Supports internal chip testing (is the default value of the instruction
register)
SAMPLE/PRELOAD
Provides a snap-shot of the pin level during normal operation, or is
used to preload the boundary scan with a test vector
ICODE
The 32 bit identification register is serially read out via TDO. It
contains a version number (4 bit), a device code (16 bit) and the
manufacture code (11 bit). The LSB is fixed to ‘1’.
For the IOM-2 – SICOFI-2 V1.1 the Code is: ‘0011 0000 0000 0001
