1. Strip the cable according to the given dimensions.
2. Place the crimp ferrule and slide a piece of heat-
shrink tubing type RAYCHEM-RNF 3000 1.5/0.5 over
the cable dielectric. Slide the HV contact into the
cable until the insulator rests against the dielectric and
the conductor is visible through the contact inspection
hole.Crimp with LEMO crimping tool DPH.99.065.11K.
Put a thin layer of insulating lack over the crimp sec-
tion of the contact . Let dry the lack .
3. Slide the heat-shrink tubing over the HV contact until
it rests against the contact insulator and shrink.
4. Widen the shield braid and slide the crimp ferrule
onto the shield until it rests against the crimp backnut .
Termination Instructions
5. Crimp with the same LEMO crimping tool using the
hexagonal opening. Slide the assembly into the
connector shell and screw it onto the subassembly .
