High Temperature Rated Devices Qualified to
AEC-Q100 Requirements
Several PIC24HJ and dsPIC33FJ devices are rated for
operation up to 150C ambient. These devices provide up
to 20 MIPS processing power plus digital signal processing,
LIN/ECAN connectivity, Motor Control and 10/12-bit
ADC performance for stringent automotive and industrial
