     EM78P173N是一個采用低功耗、高速CMOS工藝制造的8位單片機，,其內(nèi)部具有1K* 13位一次性可編程只讀內(nèi)存（OTP - ROM）,用戶通過仿真器編寫和調(diào)試正確的機器碼文件通過編程器燒錄進芯片,提供了一個保護位，以防止用戶OTP存儲器代碼時的侵擾。三個代碼選項，可滿足用戶的要求。同時有密碼保護位防止程序數(shù)據(jù)讀出.
