2. S/W reset
Send Software Reset to CD-MP3 by writing to H_SOFT_RST(8'hE0) with 8'bxxxxxx01. After several system cycles
Software Reset automatically cleared.
Make sure that S/W reset should be asserted twice with the
time interval of 250ms.
(PLL is reset in the first S/W reset, and wait for 250ms to settle the PLL frequency and
after that, assert second S/W reset to accomplish the S5L9276 reset.)
