different layouts are used, the ground points of
input 1 and input 2 must be well decoupled from
thegroundoftheoutputthroughwhicharatherhigh
current flows.
Assemblysuggestion
No electrical insulation is required betweenthe
packageand the heat-sink.Pinlengthshouldbeas
short as possible.The soldering temperaturemust
not exceed260
°
C for 12 seconds.
