Scope
This drawing describes the specific requirements for the microprocessor TSPC603r, in compli-
ance with MIL-STD-883 class B or ATMEL-Grenoble standard screening.

General
The microcircuits are in accordance with the applicable documents and as specified herein.

Terminal connections
The terminal connections shall be as shown in Figure 15 and Figure 3.
Lead material and finish
Lead material and finish shall be as specified in MIL-STD-1835.
