2.2 Function Specifications
The ELCELP decoder supplies two functions: celp_init and celp_main.
2.2.1 celp_init function
The celp_init function initializes the ELCELP decoder. A resident area (800 bytes) for decode processing is secured
by the application program and its address is passed as an argument.
Be sure to call the celp_init function before performing decode processing. To decode two or more encode data
in one application, call the celp_init function for each encode data.
