7. Memory dialing
During memory dialing, the recall memory content will not be shown on LCD panel. Instead, it shows the
symbols |_ n _| NN for direct memory and |_Pm_| MM for indirect memory.
“n” is the direct memory location number and “NN” is the number of digits which stored in that memory
location. Whereas “m” is the indirect memory location number and “MM” is the number of digits which stored
in that memory location.
e.g. To recall direct memory, it presses [EM1]. The LCD will show
There are nine digits stored in the direct memory location 1.
e.g. To recall indirect memory, it presses [PGM] [2]. The LCD will show
There are thirteen digits stored in the indirect memory location 2.
CHK key function
The [ CHK ] key is used to check the channel number, LNB content, direct memory content and indirect memory
size while the phone is in-use.
To check the channel number, press [ CHK ], [ CH ].
To check LNB content, press [ CHK ], [ RD ].
To check direct or indirect memory size, press [ CHK ], [ EM1 ] or [CHK], [2].
i.e. To check the size of indirect memory location 2, press [CHK] [2], it shows
Nine digits are stored in indirect memory location 2.
Note : To enable [ CHK ] key function, press [ CHK ] key once. A beep tone is heard. Following the
corresponding keys to do checking function.
If the recalled LNB buffer is empty or overflowed, there are no contains to be displayed.
