The M600 Series of Voltage Controlled SAW
Oscillators (VCSO) is a low cost solution for many
Telecom applications. An internal SAW filter
provides jitter performance of less than 1psec
(rms).
This device is specified for an operating
temperature range of -40
°
C to +85
°
C. A disable
feature inhibits the internal oscillator, thereby
allowing an external clock to control the output
frequency. The oscillator is assembled in a 28-pin
surface mount package.
The M600 Series of VCSO’s is available with an
output frequency range up to 900MHz. The device
is most suited for phase-locked loop applications
and clock and data recovery circuits.
