PROM Read Procedure
The contents of PROM are readable to the external data bus (D0-D7) according to the read procedure shown below.
(1)
Fix the RESET pin at low level, supply +5 V to the V
PP
pin, and connect all other unused pins as shown in
“PIN CONFIGURATIONS (2) PROM programming mode”.
Supply +5 V to the V
DD
and V
PP
pins.
Input address of data to be read into the A0-A16 pins.
Read mode
Output data to D0-D7 pins.
