consisting of 15 minutes “ON”
followed by 15 minutes “OFF”
Thermal Shock —
25 cycles with each cycle
consisting of 30 minutes at
125°C followed by 30 minutes
at -65°C
Humidity —
Temperature Cycling
10 cycles between 25°C and
65°C at 95% RH
