5. Ground Plane Layout
A single ground plane approach is recommended to
minimize EMI. Bad ground plane partitioning can cause
more EMI emissions that could make the network interface
card not compliant with specific FCC regulations (part 15).
Figure 5 shows a recommended ground layout scheme.
