Low Side FET Driver for Phase 2. Connect this pin to the gate of an N-channel
MOSFET for synchronous operation.

PGND2
Power Ground for Phase 2. Return pin for high currents flowing in low-side MOSFET.

CPUMP2
Bootstrap for Phase 2. Voltage to drive high-side MOSFET. Connect to a flying
capacitor.

HIDRV2
High Side FET Driver for Phase 2. Connect this pin to the gate of an N-channel
MOSFET. The trace from this pin to the MOSFET gate should be <0.5".
5SW2
High side driver source and low side driver drain switching node for Phase 2.

ISEN2
Current Sense for Phase 2. Together with PGND2 pin allows FET sensing for current.

VID4-0
Voltage Identification Code Inputs. These open collector/TTL compatible inputs will
program the output voltage over the range specified in Table 2.

FPWM
Forced PWM Mode. Tieing this pin to +5V disables hysteretic mode. Leave open for
normal operation.

OCSET
Over Current Set. A resistor on this pin to ground sets the overcurrent threshold.

ENABLE
Enable. A Logic LOW on this pin will disable the output. An internal current source
allows for open collector control.

AGND
Analog Ground. Return path for low power analog circuitry. This pin should be
connected to a low impedance system ground plane to minimize ground loops.

DELAY
Power Good/Over Current Delay. A capacitor on this pin delays PWRGD going high
and overcurrent shutdown.

COREFB
Voltage Feedback. Used as the input for the voltage feedback control loop. See
Application Information for details regarding correct layout.

PWRGD
Power Good Flag. An open collector output that will be logic LOW if the CPU voltage is
not within ±50mV of its setpoint. This signal is delayed 10msec when asserted good.

SS
Softstart. Also used during dynamic voltage transitions.

VIN
Input Power. Battery voltage for feedforward control loop.

ISEN1
Current Sense for Phase 1. Together with PGND1 pin allows FET sensing for current.
