The Piezo Design Aid ( PDA ) is an iterative, text based,
tutorial diskette for your IBM PC or any IBM compatible
computer.It allows the user to rapidly complete numerous
feasibility computations of basic piezoelectric actuator and
generator applications.
The PDA is a complete seminar that teaches piezoelectric
theory and concepts.An expandable materials data base
and application modules allow you to estimate perfor-
mance for many variations on 8 basic ”motor“ and ”gen-
erator“ designs . Each application module is a full display
calculator showing all formulae,inputs and outputs clearly:
