Total number of CD frames currently has been dumped to
DRAM since 0x91 was written to OPSR register. Once all
frames as many as specified in the H_FRAME_NO register
are dumped into DRAM, OPSR value will be changed to 90
automatically after completion of dump. At every time after
0x91 was written to OPSR and 1 frame has been dumped,
the H_DUMP_CNT reset to "1".
