Pin-by-Pin Inversion Drive
The HD66326T can generate 64-level positive polarity and negative polarity gradation voltages with
respect to the inverted reference voltage for individual adjacent odd output pins and even output pins. In
addition, liquid crystal alternating current drive can be controlled by switching the polarity of the M signal.

In this way, when HD66326Ts are arranged on either the upper or lower side of a TFT LCD panel, dot
inversion drive can be performed in which gradation voltages of different polarity are applied to individual
adjacent dots by switching the M signal on each CL1 clock, reducing the crosstalk which adversely affects
image quality, and so achieving high-quality display.

Switching the M signal every CL1n times results in n-line inversion drive per dot horizontally and per line
vertically, as shown in the figure below.
