Chip enable signals. Input/output switching is controlled by the
SHL signal. When the EIO0 signals are used as inputs, display
data latching is performed when the input goes high. Except for
first-stage input, connect prestage output. (EIO0R <=> EIO0L,
EIO1R <=> EIO1L, EIO2R <=> EIO2L). Input the start pulse to
the EIO0 pins in first-stage input, and fix the other EIO1 and
EIO2 pins low.
