000: The MONITOR data is input/output on MON0 (3rd timeslot on IOM-2)
001: The MONITOR data is input/output on MON1 (7th timeslot on IOM-2)
010: The MONITOR data is input/output on MON2 (11th timeslot on IOM-2)
