Product Description
The TQ5M34 is a general purpose RFIC mxer downconverter designed for multiple
applications including WCDMA and other worldwide Cellular and PCS mobile
phones, ISMband receivers, L band satellite termnals, WLAN and pagers. The
TQ5M34 is usable for applications whose RF frequency range falls within 500MHz
to 2800 MHz with an IF between 45MHz and 500 MHz. The integrated circuit
requires mnimal off-chip matching, while allowing for the maximumapplication
flexibility. Low current drain and high output third order intercept efficiency makes
this part ideal for portable, battery operated applications.
