The DC ground pins should be connected to ground.
Notes on Pin Description:
1. All FREEDM-8 inputs and bi-directionals present minimum capacitive loading and operate at
TTL compatible logic levels. PCI signals conform to the 3.3 or 5 Volt signaling environment
depending on the setting of the EN5V input.
2. Most FREEDM-8 non-PCI digital outputs and bi-directionals have 4 mA drive capability, except
the PCICLKO, RBCLK, TBCLK, RBD and PCIINTB outputs which have 6 mA drive capability
and the TD[0], TD[1], and TD[2] outputs which have 8 mA drive capability.
