Description
Corresponds to the PMODE pin. Set to "1" (only) in the
microprocessor mode
This input is set to "1" (only) in the TE mode
"1" on this input indicates receiver synchronization (e.g. in
the Transparent state, see IEC-Q V4.3 User‘s Manual
02.95, page 175).
