Software counter latch
In an event counter mode, the up-counter value can
be written to a counter latch register by the current
running software. The present up-counter value is
written to counter register latch TREG2 or TREG3 for
every setting of register TFFCR <LATCH2> or
<LATCH3> containing “0”. A prescaler should be set
in “RUN” mode by setting register + <PRRUN> to “1”.
Example: To latch the counter value every 40
