Compliance
All Pico products are CE marked and comply with the relevant
European directives.
Warranty
All Pico products carry a return to manufacturer 2 year warranty.
Bought in products and accessories carry a 1 year warranty or
the manufacturer`s warranty, whichever is greater. The warranty
becomes void if the unit has been tampered with or misused.
DOS Software
To enable our customers to use Pico Technology products with
older computers, we still supply DOS versions of PicoScope,
PicoLog, however, most of Pico’s newest products are not
supported in DOS. These programs are no longer updated and
do not have all the functionality of the Windows software
described in this catalogue. Please check with Pico that DOS
software is suitable for your application.
