Table 6.2 lists the recommended operating conditions for the L64781.
Table 6.3 lists the DC characteristics of the L64781, which is produced
with the G11-p process. This is a 0.35-micron drawn gate length cell-
based process. Characteristics in the table are the same for any device
that has a buffer with the listed parameters.
