The Auxiliary Control register is used to control various functions of VIEWPOINT including the Auxiliary
Windowing function and Horizontal zooming. It can be accessed by MPU at anytime. Bit 7 of Auxiliary
Control register corresponds to data bus bit 7. Index = 29 (hex).
