After a message is received in BUF_RX0, this register stores the logarithm of the number of accumulated errors
regarding the number of received bits, using Viterbi hard* decision. In PRIME + Robust modes, it is calculated from the
arithmetic average of the accumulated errors in each one of the four replicated symbols. The value is cleared by
hardware each time a new message is received in BUF_RX0.
