Queue Rate
The scheduler output rate is 12 Mbit/s of which each of the two rt-queues occupy
1 Mbit/s and the VBR-nrt queues the remaining 10 Mbit/s. In order to be able to assign
the 10 Mbit/s and parts of it with a granularity < 1% it is necessary to set GR = 100 x
10 Mbit/s = 1 Gbit/s at minimum because then applies :
