These are stress ratings only. See Section 4.2 for the Functional Operating Range of the 82801E
C-ICH.

component is operating within the Functional Operating Range given in this section. Operation
outside of the Functional Operating Range is not recommended, and extended exposure outside of
the Functional Operating Range may affect component reliability.
