4.1.2.1 Start of Transmission
When the MAC is ready to begin a packet transmission, it asserts the
MTXEN signal to the PHY to indicate that the MAC is presenting nibbles
on the MII for transmission.
4.1.2.2 Preamble
In the example shown in Figure 4.3, the MAC begins sending the
preamble to the PHY. The preamble consists of the value 0x5 on the
